Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large paella pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the bell pepper and cook for another 2 minutes. Add the smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, and saffron and cook for 1 minute.
