- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Recipe Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Cut the bread into small cubes for the croutons and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle the croutons with a tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 10-15 minutes until they are crispy. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until the dressing is well combined. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, anchovy paste, garlic, lemon juice, grated parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the dressing is well combined and set aside. Remove the Romaine lettuce leaves from the head of lettuce and tear them into small, bite-sized pieces. Place them in a large bowl.
