In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Slowly whisk in the olive oil until the dressing is well combined. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, anchovy paste, garlic, lemon juice, grated parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the dressing is well combined and set aside. Remove the Romaine lettuce leaves from the head of lettuce and tear them into small, bite-sized pieces. Place them in a large bowl. Drizzle the lettuce with your Caesar dressing and toss well until all the lettuce is coated. Add the crispy croutons to the bowl and toss again. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese on top of the salad. Serve chilled.
