- 1 medium lemon
- 1 As Needed Olive oil

- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 table spoon fresh parsley
Recipe Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375°F. Rinse the salmon fillet and pat it dry with paper towels. Place it on a sheet of aluminum foil. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and sprinkle salt, pepper, minced garlic, and fresh parsley on top. Place lemon slices on top of the salmon. Fold the foil over the salmon, sealing the edges tightly to form a packet. Place the packet in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
