  1. Prepare the rice in the form of a tail and set it aside.
  2. Mix the minced meat, cooked rice and mint together completely, add an egg to these ingredients and knead well after adding salt and spices. Prepare fingertip meatballs with the desired number of ingredients and set aside.
  3. Cut the green beans and carrots into relatively large pieces and set them aside.
  4. Pour olive oil in a frying pan and fry the grated onion until it turns golden. Then add the grated garlic to the onion and add the tomato paste to them. Add the carrot and green beans to the onion and garlic and let it fry completely for 10 minutes, then add the chicken or meat stock and let the carrot and beans be half-cooked inside.
