Stuff each pepper with a portion of the mixture until they are full. Arrange the peppers in a baking dish and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes or until the peppers are tender. Remove from the oven and let them warm for 5 minutes before serving. For serving, place the stuffed peppers on a beautiful plate and garnish with a light sauce or tomato ketchup.
