Instructions
- Collect the ingredients.
- Place the warm cooked rice in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, combine two packets of natto. If the package comes with seasoning sauce and karashi (Japanese hot yellow mustard) packets, add the contents to the bowl. Mix vigorously with wooden sticks.
- Add desired garnishes to the natto. Additional soy sauce may also be added to taste. The number and combination of garnishes suggested above may be added to the natto mixture
