- 200 gram Rice flour
- 500 gram sugar
- 1/2 can corn starch
- 180 mililiter water

- In the first step of how to prepare mochi, sift the rice flour twice with a fine sieve. Then mix flour and sugar with water in a bowl. Knead the ingredients by hand until the balls are opened and you have a smooth mixture.
- Heat a medium-sized pot to half and put it on the heat and wait for the water to boil. Put a strainer in it. Put the dough you made in the previous step into a pyrex container and place the container in a strainer or colander.
