Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Reserve half a cup of spaghetti water while draining.
  2. .When the spaghetti is about halfway cooked, heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. (You should have a quarter cup of oil here).
  3. Add garlic and fry for 30 seconds. Add the spinach and tomatoes and fry until the spinach is heated for about 2 minutes.
  4. Mix the drained spaghetti with the spinach in the pot. Dilute it with spaghetti water as needed and then add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add basil and parmesan cheese to them. Garnish with sunflower seeds and parmesan on top of any spaghetti that you put on a plate to serve and eat it.
