  1. Finely chop the garlic and chop the parsley leaves. Peel, wash and grate the onion. Put the grated onion in a strainer and remove the juice. Pour onion pulp into a bowl and add garlic and parsley to it. Add the ground meat, breadcrumbs and spices to the bowl. Break the egg in a separate bowl and mix. Add the beaten egg to the other ingredients. Knead the ingredients by hand for 5 minutes until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  2. Put the butter on the heat until it melts. Spread 2 layers of yufka dough on a flat surface. Cover the surface of the dough with butter with a brush. Cut a quarter of the meat into a tube-like shape and place it at the beginning of the dough.
  3. Preheat the oven to 190°C or 375°F. Grease the oven tray a little. Cut the prepared rolls diagonally into 4 cm pieces and place them in the oven tray.Brush the rest of the butter on the bitty beef pieces and place the tray in the oven. Bitty beef should stay in the oven for 20 minutes to cook.
  4. While the Bitty Beef is cooking, make the tomato sauce. Place a frying pan on the stove and pour olive oil into it. Let the oil heat up a little. Then add the tomato paste and stir with a wooden spoon until it is roasted a little and its rawness disappears.At this stage, add water and stir for 2 minutes until smooth. Then pour the tomato puree with sugar and salt into the pan. Let the ingredients sit on the heat for 5 minutes to set.
  5. After 20 minutes, take out the beef tray from the oven and cover the rolls completely with tomato sauce. Put the tray back in the oven and let it cook for another 10 minutes. Your bitty beef is ready. You can fry some tomatoes along with green pepper and put it next to bitty beef.
  6. Chop the garlic cloves and put them in a bowl. Add the yogurt and salt to the garlic and mix well until they are completely mixed.
  7. Your sauce is ready. Put the Beyti Kebab pieces in the desired dish and eat with yogurt and garlic sauce and enjoy.
