Pulsing: Pulse the ingredients until a coarse mixture forms. Adding Flour: Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add flour. Mix until it forms a sticky dough. Shaping Falafel: With slightly wet hands, shape the mixture into small patties or balls. Preheating Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Coating Falafel: Lightly coat each falafel with olive oil. Arranging Falafel: Place the falafel in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching. Air Frying Falafel: Cook for 15-18 minutes, turning halfway through, until falafel are golden and crisp.
