- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese

Recipe Instructions: Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.Coating Station: Set up a coating station with three shallow bowls. Place flour in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan, oregano, and basil in the third. Coat Chicken: Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip into the beaten eggs, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing the crumbs onto the chicken to adhere. Pan Fry: In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the breaded chicken breasts and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
