We choose a pan and place it on the gas stove and fry it with olive oil on a gentle heat.In the next step, after the onions soften, we wash 3 tomatoes and grate them after removing the skin and add them to the pan. Then we add black pepper, sea salt, turmeric, boiled saffron, coriander seeds, cloves, cinnamon, fennel and cardamom to the pan.
- At this stage, we allow the ingredients to combine with each other, and after it becomes thick, remove it from the stove, apply the sauce to the chicken thighs with a cooking pen, make slits, and pour the sauce into them, and let it sit for 1 hour. Let the chickens remain until they are seasoned.
